Save your time
The location is excellent, right in the heart of downtown. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Rooms are clean and spacious but show signs of age. Noise can be an issue, making restful sleep a challenge. Amenities are limited but functional.

clean room, easy access to attractions, reasonable parking fees
Thin walls made conversations audible, lack of outlets for charging devices!!! Bathroom space too limited for toiletries, elevator operated slowly which is frustrating during busy check-ins!!!

The location is fantastic! We loved exploring nearby attractions like Rogers Arena to catch a fun event. The room was spacious and perfect for our family, and the staff were super friendly and accommodating, even giving us a city map to find our way around!
My kids wished the parking process was simpler.

The location is fantastic, right near the Orpheum Theatre, and the staff were genuinely friendly. However, the room felt cramped and had a musty odor. We dealt with some noise from the street at night. Overall, it's a mixed bag but still a decent choice for a visit.

The location was ideal for exploring the area, with easy access to sights like Stanley Park. Although the room was a bit small and dated, the clean bedding and friendly reception staff made the stay comfortable. On the downside, noise from the street and nearby bar was disruptive, hampering sleep. The need for a cot instead of two beds was also inconvenient, but the helpful front desk staff eased some frustrations.

Great Central Spot for Weekend Adventures
Our stay was fantastic! The location allowed easy access to cafes and shops. The cozy atmosphere made our relax time enjoyable. I recommend trying the brunch at the nearby café for a delightful start to your day. Just be aware of possible noise from the restaurant in the evenings.

I stayed for two nights in a Standard Room with 1 King Bed while visiting some local attractions. The location was fantastic. it was only a short walk to shops and restaurants, making it convenient to explore the area. The staff were very friendly, and I appreciated their help during check-in. However, the mattress was saggy and not ideal for my back, which made sleeping a bit uncomfortable. Overall, I enjoyed my stay, but I would consider other options for future trips due to the mattress issue.

Great location! We were just a few minutes walk from the station. The room was comfy and had a secure luggage area before and after our cruise.

missingWrote a review on May 20comfortable mattresstiny roomunexpected charges
The mattress was quite comfortable.
I was really disappointed with our experience. The room was tiny and made it difficult to manage our luggage. We also faced an unexpected charge that felt unjust, as we were already paying a premium for the space. Additionally, the cleaning service was inadequate, only happening once during our three-night stay.
