Perfect location to visit the city and very friendly staff.
I enjoyed my stay very much. I requested an early check-in and got what I wanted. Front-desk upon check-in was professional and helpful and the cafe bartender (My lunch was delicious) was very good..cheerful and attentive. Thank you, I will stay there again.
A very central location for an affordable price. Nicely decorated and clean rooms, though they were not very large.
While street noise was not terrible, we could hear music from the connected bar/restaurant in our room until 1:30am.
Very friendly staff, good bed and (by North American standards) refreshing interior design.
Street side rooms (the majority) are very noisy due to traffic etc. Ear plugs recommended.
Staff putting up with early check-in
Horrible noise, construction, very very thin walls
Excellent, friendly, patient staff, giving good information. Excellent, secure, close-by downtown parking at a good price
Sprinkler pipe exposed on ceiling. Minimalist, retro-fitted hotel. Room was noisy, from street and other guests' rooms. No comfortable seating in room. Not enough closet space for clothes and luggage.
The wine bar was delicious with amazing food and great service, our waiters in the evening and the morning were both very friendly and knowledgeable. The bathroom was very, very clean, and the bath products were great and smelled good.
The rooms were a little small, and it was slightly loud. The front desk staff were not as polite as I am normally accustomed to, and the first woman was not very accommodating regarding my partner checking in before me.
Great location - despite the downtown locale very quiet. such good value for money, for someone that travels for work often and this was at my own cost, I would compare the Moda to premium hotels such as Opus for the quality, at half the price!!!!
The staff were extremely helpful and polite. The room was very modern and clean with pleasant modish decoration and furnishing.
My front room was right above the traffic signals so there was quite a lot of traffic noise. Despite the double glazing, the large windows still permitted some noise to enter.
Noisy hotel. The noise Camerún from outside ( street ) and inside ( air condition set ). Small room . The breakfast place is a wine bar so childrean cannot go into. You can't take breakfast in the hotel (anoying)
Convenient, close to concert location, and quite quiet, which is amazing for downtown Vancouver!
Just the inconvience of having to park half a block away and drive around the back to unload/load the car.
Excellent location. Very comfortable room. Linens superb, bed great. We were upgraded to a king sized suite and it was great. Highly recommend.
The position of the hotel was very central for shopping and fairly close to Canada Place and other major attractions in Vancouver
The allocated room on arrival was too small and staff were not welcoming. There was no view, other than that of the fire stairs. There was a constant noise from outside, later reported as a generator. Staff were unhelpful the following morning when this was reported to them and seemed unwilling to take this on board, simply confirming that this had also been reported by another guest.
The hotel staff were extremely rude and charged my credit card 3 times and then told me they didn't. And then when i called my credit card company to prove it, they did not want to give me my money back, i had to fight with them over the phone and talk to 2 differnt staff members in order to get my money back. The hotel manager is improfessional and very rude. The hotel was not clean looking or fancy in any way. It was a dump.
Location was reasonable from a transport point of view
The room was quite small. Maybe ok for one night but no longer. Room was very noisy both from outside noise and from neighbouring rooms. Bathroom floor had a slope in it. Very limited room for clothes and luggage.
